Shipping All items are shipped by Insured Priority Mail which is included in the shipping and handling charge, within 2 business days. Returns Bill's Train Depot offers the following Returns Policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed and all items are checked before shipping to ensure their quality. We do have to set that Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case where the wrong merchandise was shipped. Any defective item or missing parts will be replaced with the same item/s and shipped free of charge. Reimbursement for returns will be Store Credit or PayPal Credit minus a 5% restocking fee. Customers who request a credit card reimbursement will incure an extra 3% charge. If any merchandise is to be returned for any reason at all you must first e-mail for instructions at: Include in the e-mail the reason why the item or items are being returned. We will then e-mail back with instructions. Returns must have the original box, wrapping and packing and not have been abused in any way. A note should be included with the reason for the return. Products Damaged by Shipping Any product damaged as a result of shipping please notify us at: We will instruct you on the procedure to follow for reimbursement on the insurance that is included on all shipments.
